Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unused and in new condition with the original tags.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on the following products
· Perishable goods
· Gift Cards
· Health & Personal Care Products
· Sale Items
How to return or exchange an item:
Please email orders@mainecabinmasters.com. Package your item(s) with the original packing list and include a note letting us know which item(s) you would like to return/exchange.

If a return is requested, we will issue the refund to your original form of payment as soon as the package is received. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If an exchange is requested, we will ship your exchanged item to you as soon as the original item is received. Please note, if there is a discrepancy in price of the item to be exchanged, an invoice will be sent to the customer or a refund will be processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Credits for returned items will not include the cost of shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or missing items during the return shipping process. Please use trackable shipping options for items over $75.
